Every product you purchase from Prelup Oy is made to order. Each item is individually printed and produced and assembled when you place an order, so please allow average 3-5 days (Shoes require 5-7 days) manufacturer time for your custom printed products. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or refund for you. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfy with your order. Shipping sent from outside your delivery continent or area should be adviced from local tax office if added fees will occur before package delivered to your door or postal office.
